Department of Space भर्ती 2026: Accounts Officer (Finance) का 1 पद प्रतिनियुक्ति पर

भारत सरकार के Department of Space ने Bengaluru स्थित Department of Space Secretariat में Accounts Officer (Finance) के एक पद के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। यह पद 7th CPC Pay Matrix के Level 11 में deputation basis पर भरा जाएगा। इस संबंध में Office Memorandum दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर 2026 को जारी किया गया है।

महत्वपूर्ण: यह सभी jobseekers के लिए open direct recruitment नहीं है। इस पद के लिए केवल Central Government Ministries या Departments में कार्यरत पात्र Central Services Group-A officers आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन prescribed proforma में proper channel के माध्यम से भेजना होगा। Notification में कोई online application portal नहीं दिया गया है।

Department of Space Recruitment 2026: मुख्य जानकारी

Eligibility: कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?

यह पद Central Government Ministries या Departments में कार्यरत Central Services Group-A officers के लिए है। संबंधित अधिकारियों को financial accounting, financial proposals की scrutiny और financial advice देने का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

• Essential Qualification: किसी मान्यता प्राप्त Indian University / Institution से किसी भी discipline में Graduation.
• Service Eligibility: अधिकारी या तो regular basis पर analogous post पर कार्यरत हों, अथवा Pay Level 10 में regular appointment के बाद पांच वर्ष की regular service पूरी कर चुके हों।
• Desirable Qualification: किसी organised Central Government Accounts Department द्वारा आयोजित Subordinate Accounts Service (SAS) Examination पास होना, या Accounts, Budget अथवा Financial Accounting procedures में ISTM या किसी अन्य मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से संबंधित training पूरी होना।
• Experience: Financial accounting, financial proposals की scrutiny और financial advice से संबंधित अनुभव अपेक्षित है। Office Memorandum में functional experience के लिए अलग से न्यूनतम वर्षों की संख्या तय नहीं की गई है।

Age Limit और Deputation की अवधि

Deputation पर नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु आवेदन प्राप्त होने की अंतिम दिनांक पर 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। Deputation की कुल अवधि, जिसमें उसी या किसी अन्य Central Government organisation में तुरंत पहले किया गया ex-cadre deputation भी शामिल है, पांच वर्ष से अधिक नहीं हो सकती।

Pay Scale और Job Responsibilities

Accounts Officer (Finance) को 7th Central Pay Commission के अनुसार Pay Level 11 मिलेगा। अधिकारी Department की financial proposals की scrutiny करेंगे और Joint Secretary (Finance) Office को financial advice देने का कार्य करेंगे।

काम में Budget, Projects, Civil Works, Manpower, stores और equipment की purchase, Engineering Contracts, Global Tenders तथा Finance Office को भेजे गए Service Rules से जुड़े मामलों की जांच शामिल हो सकती है।

Selection Process

Notification के अनुसार selection में educational qualifications, financial accounts और proposals की scrutiny से संबंधित अनुभव, Interview तथा APAR gradings को ध्यान में रखा जाएगा। केवल proper channel से प्राप्त पात्र applications पर विचार किया जाएगा।

Apply कैसे करें?

1. पात्र अधिकारी prescribed Annexure-A में biodata भरें और उस पर हस्ताक्षर करें।
2. Application को संबंधित Ministry / Department या Cadre Authority के माध्यम से proper channel से forward करवाएं।
3. पिछले पांच वर्षों के attested APARs की copies संलग्न करें।
4. Annexure-B में Employer / Head of Office / Forwarding Authority का certificate लगाएं। इसमें vigilance और disciplinary clearance, integrity certificate, पिछले दस वर्षों में लगाए गए penalties का विवरण तथा चयन होने पर अधिकारी को relieve किए जाने की पुष्टि शामिल होनी चाहिए।
5. Cadre Controlling Authority का No Objection Certificate (NOC) संलग्न करें।
6. पूरा आवेदन proper channel से Director (Personnel & Administration), Department of Space, Antariksh Bhavan, New BEL Road, Bengaluru – 560 094 को भेजें।

Deadline को लेकर जरूरी स्पष्टीकरण: Office Memorandum में कहा गया है कि आवेदन उसके जारी होने के दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर 2026 से 30 दिनों के भीतर प्राप्त होने चाहिए। Notice में अलग से कोई calendar closing date नहीं लिखी गई है। इसलिए अधिकारी अपने forwarding authority से समय पर application पहुंचने की पुष्टि करें और किसी अनुमानित online deadline पर निर्भर न रहें। आवश्यक certificates या documents के बिना प्राप्त applications पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

कौन आवेदन नहीं कर सकता? Department of Space / ISRO में कार्यरत अधिकारियों को इस पद के लिए आवेदन करने की अनुमति नहीं है।
