Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, has invited online applications for 327 regular posts under Advertisement No. CWC/I-Manpower/DR/Rectt/2026/01, dated 17 October 2026. The vacancies cover Assistant Manager and Junior Executive positions in general, technical, finance and engineering streams.
The online application window closes on 15 November 2026 at 11:59 PM. Registration and fee payment must be completed by the deadline.
The pay figures are basic IDA scales. Applicable allowances, perks and benefits are governed by CWC policies.
Educational qualification
Assistant Manager (General): Two-year postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in any discipline.
Assistant Manager (Technical): B.E. or B.Tech in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology.
Assistant Manager (Finance): Commerce graduate with three years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting, or graduate in any discipline with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate.
Assistant Manager (Engineering – Civil): B.E. in Civil or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Assistant Manager (Engineering – Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Assistant Manager (Engineering – Mechanical): B.E. in Mechanical or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Junior Executive (General): Graduation in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
Important clarification dated 26 October 2026: The three-year experience requirement for Assistant Manager (Finance) applies only to the Commerce-graduate route. Candidates with graduation in any discipline plus CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate do not need that experience. CWC also clarified that the Reasoning & Computer Aptitude test for Junior Executive (General) and Junior Executive (Technical) will be bilingual in Hindi and English.
Age limit and application fee
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 28 years, calculated on 15 November 2026. The notification provides age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and 10 years for eligible PwBD candidates, along with other applicable concessions.
UR, EWS and OBC: ₹1,350 (₹850 application fee plus ₹500 intimation charges).
SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and women candidates: ₹500 intimation charges; application fee is exempted.
The fee is non-refundable and payable online. A separate application and fee are required for each post applied for.
Selection process and examination
Assistant Manager recruitment involves an online examination, document verification and interview. Junior Executive recruitment involves an online examination followed by document verification. The examination structure totals 202 questions, 230 marks and three hours; section-wise structure varies by post. A penalty of one-fourth of the marks assigned to a question applies for each wrong answer in the objective tests. The examination date and call-letter schedule will be announced separately.
